A gorgeous little Silver Pill Box, this piece is completely hand made from thick sterling silver sheet and is the best example of it's kind. The box has a beautiful mirror polish and the interior has been gilded in 23ct gold plate. This piece carries a full English Hallmark, which certifies that the metal used conforms to one of the legal standards of fineness or purity.
