• The spoon is presented in a black leather case, and is manufactured by Francis howard's of Sheffield, a family run business established in 1870.

This Silver Spoon is a classic christening gift which will be cherished for a lifetime. The pattern is Old English, one of the most recognised spoon patterns which features a plain front and a small pip detail on the back of the spoon. The spoon has been made using the same processes used for the last 200 years. The shape of the spoon has been stamped from a die, it is then shaped and polished by hand. The spoon carries an English Hallmark, which certifies that the metal used conforms to one of the legal standards of fineness or purity.
